The Effect of Diet On Formation of Acne

Here are my thoughts on the effect of diet on formation of acne.

Unhealthy eating habits have always been associated with acne itself. There is not enough research available today, unhealthy eating habits as a reason for the acne highlight, but most people believe that poor dietary habits cause acne. It is a logic assumption behind this belief.

Since we know that hormones are the main cause of acne. Release of sex hormones during puberty accelerates the development of secondary sexual characteristics. These hormones are overactive sebaceous glands release sebum production is an oily, many designed to protect moisture and the skin. But the excessive secretion mixes with dead skin cells and form a substance that blocks pores causing chaos inflammation resulting from acne. These hormones are regulated by a hormone insulin as primary. Some foods rich in refined sugars and fats may cause an increase in insulin levels and cause by an increase in other hormones, the acne. Therefore, food is directly attributable to an increase in insulin levels in relation to acne. It may logically, there is not enough research to prove this hypothesis.

Therefore, it is advisable to avoid junk food and to minimize the maintenance of a proper diet to the risk of the formation of acne. Foods low in fat, such as fresh vegetables, fruits, seafood should be taken to maintain a high level of insulin in the body. It may be junk food, or may not be responsible for the formation of acne. But if you seriously consider avoiding acne, then you probably should consider to avoid junk food in order to minimize the risk anyway and junk food is unhealthy. So what good food. Take care, and maintaining good eating habits to fight effectively against acne.

Acne Soap

Here are my thoughts on acne soap.

Acne treatment is a very moving experience for the person who is undergoing the process. The patient wants it gone. Of course, this does not happen! Acne Soap, however, may have an important role in treatment. Some people try to use soaps that cause acne, dry skin and remove the top layer. Using this technique, because they feel it will expedite the healing process. Moreover, some think it is better to use a moisturizing soap for acne your skin softer. We need to know what the technique is a better option.

If the analysis should be done, then it must be initiated by understanding the goal of using soap. The soap used to clean skin of impurities and dirt. Any other reason is a secondary objective of soap, as the addition of perfume. If you feel your acne soap really clean the skin and removes all impurities and dirt from the skin, then, that soap is best for you during the acne. Some people believe that skin oil is the main cause of acne and thus, use a soap that dries the skin. However, it should be noted that oil can be a cause of acne, but not the main cause. The oil can flow freely if the nodes are clear and open and then there is no possibility that the acne to form. Only a moisturizer keeps skin hydrated and therefore not useful in cases of curing acne.

Acne Medications

Here are my thoughts on acne medications.

In modern science, there are many medications available to exempt from acne. In general, systemic therapy used when acne cases are severe and can even be used for mild cases. Systemic therapy is very effective because it works internally. All these treatments and acne medications are very important for the healing of acne because they fight against various factors that lead to acne. For full control and for a long term solution, it is a general standard of dermatologists for one or more combination therapies. Some medicines against acne in the United States are the following:

Interlesional corticosteroid injections:

If there is a severe inflammation of acne cysts, the chances of the scar and begins to tear increases. Dermatologists usually diluted by injecting steroids into the cyst to prevent severe scarring. The injection of corticosteroids begins the process of healing and reduces inflammation. It takes about 3 to 5 days for interlesional injected corticosteroids to reduce the size of the cyst.

Isotretinoin:

Isotretinoin, an oral retinoid, is used to treat cystic acne out of the hand and is not corrected by other medicines against acne.

Oral antibiotics:

Oral antibiotics are used in a long period of time to treat persistent acne. Oral antibiotics work just as topical antimicrobial agents and help reduce the effects of acne, which is the main cause of acne and cause inflammation. In the case of oral antibiotics, the dosage is very strong in the first period of treatment of acne. The duration of treatment is very long, ranging from 4 to 6 months.
